Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and designer box, ensuring all security tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return mailer.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
